We provide several software solutions for the optimization of treatment
parameters:
- GEOPT software for parameter determination of laser heat treatment
processes
- Temperature control with Lasertronic®LompocPro for the fast control
of laser based processes
- PrOFeT for 2D feed rate calculation with Prediction of Optimal Feed
Rates for Transformation Hardening
- NEW: low-cost Thermographical System T-MAqS for fine-resolution local
temperature measurement and data acquisition
System Integration
Fraunhofer CCL offers laser work stations adapted to your needs, consisting
of sophisticated 4 (5) axis-CAM-CNC-machines
and industrial lasers (diode lasers up to 4 kW).
Our system can be integrated in existing machining centers as well. With
a strong foundation of long term experience in the broad fields of wear
protection and hardening, we are able to offer:
- Development of surface hardening technologies with high power diode
lasers, CO2 lasers, Nd:YAG lasers and / or induction
- Prototype, process and system optimization
